  • Client: Any person or legal entity holding a valid agreement with Imperial Vaults for a safety deposit box.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Collected data includes:

  • Full legal name, government-issued ID, proof of address, signature, contact information, biometric data.
  • Entry and access logs, including timestamps
  • CCTV footage from monitored areas (Last 6 Months Only)

Purposes include identity verification, access control, legal compliance and Government Regulations, and safety monitoring. Data is stored securely and disclosed only when required by law.

4. Confidentiality of Vault Contents

Imperial Vaults does not access, inventory, or monitor safety deposit box contents. Only clients or their formally authorised representatives may access their box. Authorities may be granted access solely upon submission of valid legal instruments such as a court order or warrant.

5. Vault Area Conduct and Device Use Policy

5.1 Mobile Phones and Devices

  • Phones are permitted only if kept in a pocket or bag at all times.
  • Calls, texts, browsing, audio/video recordings, and messaging are strictly prohibited throughout the vault area.
  • Photography is permitted exclusively inside the private viewing room and only for the client’s own items.
  • Photography or recording of shared areas, vault doors, infrastructure, personnel, or other clients is strictly forbidden.
  • Any breach — whether accidental or intentional — will result in immediate service termination, legal action, and full liability.

5.2 Surveillance and Monitoring

CCTV is operational 24/7 in shared and monitored areas. No surveillance is conducted within private viewing rooms or inside safety deposit boxes.

5.3 Staff Protection and Conduct Expectations

  • Clients and visitors must treat all staff with respect and professionalism at all times.
  • Any form of verbal abuse, intimidation, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated.
  • Imperial Vaults reserves the right to deny service, revoke access, or permanently terminate agreements in cases of misconduct toward employees.
  • Staff are empowered to escalate any threatening or inappropriate behaviour to management and/or authorities without warning.

6. Prohibited Items

  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives
  • Flammable or corrosive substances
  • Perishable goods, plants, Liquids, or animals
  • Illicit drugs or controlled substances
  • Currency or assets obtained unlawfully
  • Any item posing health, legal, or environmental risks

7. Access Authorization and Record-Keeping

Clients may nominate authorised individuals via formal, written request. All entries are logged with timestamps and visual surveillance for legal and audit purposes.

8. Breaches and Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access without refund of any kind
  • Permanent cancellation of agreement
  • Financial liability for losses or damage
  • Reporting to legal or regulatory authorities

Imperial Vaults reserves the sole right to interpret and enforce this policy, and all decisions by management are final.

9. Client Rights

Clients may:

  • Request access to their own stored personal data
  • Request corrections to inaccurate data
  • File formal complaints regarding privacy or security enforcement
