General
What is a safety deposit box?
A safety deposit box is a secure, individually locked container housed within our highly secure vault. It provides a safe place to store valuable items, important documents, and irreplaceable possessions away from your home or office.
Why should I use a safety deposit box?
Safety deposit boxes offer superior security compared to home safes. They provide protection against theft, fire, flood, and other disasters. They also offer privacy and peace of mind knowing your valuables are stored in a facility with multiple layers of security.
What items can I store in a safety deposit box?
You can store valuable items such as jewelry, precious metals, important documents (wills, property deeds, birth certificates), collectibles, digital storage devices, and family heirlooms. However, we prohibit storing illegal items, hazardous materials, or perishable goods.
How long has Imperial Vaults been in business?

Do you have parking available?

Security
How secure are your safety deposit boxes?
Our safety deposit boxes are housed in a state-of-the-art vault with multiple security layers including 24/7 CCTV monitoring, advanced alarm systems, biometric access controls, and dual-key systems. Our facility meets or exceeds industry security standards.
Who has access to my safety deposit box?
Only you and any authorized individuals you designate have access to your safety deposit box. Our staff cannot access your box without your presence and permission. We maintain strict access protocols to ensure the privacy and security of your possessions.
What happens if I lose my key?
If you lose your key, you must notify us immediately. For security reasons, we will need to drill the lock and replace it. There is a fee for this service. We recommend keeping your key in a secure location and considering a spare key held by a trusted person.
Is my box insured by Imperial Vaults?
Imperial Vaults provides a secure environment for your valuables, but we do not automatically insure the contents of your box. We recommend obtaining separate insurance coverage for the items stored in your safety deposit box. We can provide recommendations for specialized insurers upon request.
What security measures do you have in place?
Our comprehensive security system includes 24/7 CCTV surveillance, motion detectors, vibration sensors, biometric access controls, dual-key systems, bulletproof glass, armed guard service, and advanced alarm systems connected directly to security response teams.
